The Lightning competed at Friday's Rosemount Quadrangular. The team had many great performances throughout the meet. The throws squad had every single athlete set a PR in one of either the discus or shot put. The sprints crew took 1st and 2nd in the 400m with EJ Heglund taking the win, while Matt McGrath finished second. The distance crew was lead by sophomore Owen Sampson who set a new personal best time and ran the 12th fastest time in the state so far this season to finish in 3rd.
